1. When the film thickness of the pin and socket connector increases, the accompanying resistance will rapidly increase, making the film a poor conductor. However, the film of the pin and socket connector undergoes mechanical damage under high contact pressure or high current under high voltage. Therefore, the use of pin and socket connectors is not suitable for increasing the film thickness.

Due to the adhesion of oxide layers, oil stains, and other debris on the contact surfaces of the exhaust pin and exhaust female connector, a film resistance may form on the two contactor surfaces, causing damage to the exhaust pin.
